I can receive this transponder without any FEC errors. When analyzing a
captured 500MB file from that transponder, I only see one type of "error":

ERROR - PID 0FA1 continuity counter 00, expected 01

I'm not sure, but this may actually be ok - it could simply be a "duplicate
packet", which is allowed according to the MPEG-2 standard.

I'm not sure, because the standard says: "two, and only two, consecutive
packets of the same PID". Does that mean the packets must be consecutive in
the transport stream (i.e. that there must be no other packets at all
between them), or does it mean that there may be packets with other PIDs
between them. Anyone know?

BTW, I also found three continuity errors on PID 0x1391:

Packet #846793: ERROR - PID 1391 continuity counter 05, expected 04
Packet #858025: ERROR - PID 1391 continuity counter 04, expected 06
Packet #1105722: ERROR - PID 1391 continuity counter 06, expected 05

Now those are definitely errors, but they are much more rare than the above
"errors" (or maybe just duplicate packets) on PID 0x0FA1.
