I don't think it will: the Conax CAM is very dumb: it simply passes the
original streams on to the card in an envelope. The card even requests
what streams it wants out of the ones that are offered by the cam.
I just checked my old 3.03 CAM in a Humax-5300: still working fine.
And AFAIK they didn't double the keysize: they simply switched to the
'decryption variant 63', that's all there is.

Sorry: I cannot test the dvb-ci code as I don't have a dvb-ci card :-(
