Hi folks,
I am running vdr 1.2.6 (Debian c't and e-tobi edition) on a full
featured Haupauge DVB-S and a budget WinTV Nova. Both cards get detected
with no problem from drivers and vdr, But I have problems recording or
replaying audio from sat1, pro7 and zdf. Normal viewing of these
channels is with sound. If I lock one of these channels via the ca
parameter to the budget card I also have no sound in normal viewing. So
it looks like the budget card does not record the sound. Could that be?
On the other hand if I try to fix the channel to the full featured card,
I still can't record/replay audio. Even after stopping a timeshift
recording the sound in normal viewing is gone. It only reappaers, if I
switch to another channel and back.
Do you have any idea what that could be? The only thing that I see in
common with these three channels is that they send ac3 sound.
