This page seems to be a bit old. I have such a card and it worked when I
tried it with the drivers from linuxtv.org. Currently I'm using only my
DVB-T, so I cannot say what the status of the current CVS is, but in
general it should work.

Just follow the general instructions. The only difference is in the
frontend driver that needs to be loaded and the channels.conf, which
must be for cable.
