We have received approval from Conexant and Thompson to release the register
definitions via the GPL drivers. This includes the cx2388x PCI bridge, the
cx22702 demod and the Thompson DTT7595 Tuner.

I need to add some register comments and tidy up a little, but you should
have a URL for download in the next two days.
