I've got a card from dpanda.com.au which uses budget-ci, though it has
no CI. The kernel recognises it as a Technotrends. The subsystem is
13c2:1011.

It has a TDA10045H frontend and TD1316 tuner:

I've also got an AverMedia 761, PCI subsystem ID is 1461:0761. Frontend
is a Microtune MT7202DTF, which I use with the sp887x driver.

Not sure if this information is new or helpful, but there you go.
