Ok, I've had my first contact with Wiki edit :-). As I don't have saw
any reference to the budget patch, I've added a page with a short 
explain and the link to my file at:

linked from the 'Main_Page' at 'Card modding' section. 

BTW, I've added some comments to 'Anatomy of a DVB device', for 'PCI Cards
with onboard MPEG Decoder'. I hope to don't say too many wrong 
things!.
