[linux-dvb] mt352 can't FE_HAS_SYNC

Hi,
using my Airstar2 card (mt352 with a Samsung tuner) on a specific
VHF frequency I can't get FE_HAS_SYNC (and nothing comes out of dvr0).

With the bundled windows application i can watch tv on the same frequency,
although the image is often a bit broken.

I'm using a 2 days old dvb-kernel with kernel 2.6.8.1mdk.

I remember I read of patches for mt352 not yet committed to dvb-kernel cvs;
where can I find them?
