The Terratec Cinergy 1200 DVB-C/S/T cards look like they all come with a CI
connector:

These cards are based on the SAA7146A as well, so I'd assume the CI would
not be all that different from the TT budget-CI boards.

I don't see the CI daughterboard offered by Terratec, but from what I
understand, these cards were originally designed by KNC ONE, who have the
daughterboard on their website:

Unfortunately, the website is down right now so I can't check... :(
