Oh yeah - while I was at it, I also added a new module parameter to 
dvb_frontend: dvb_powerdown_on_sleep (default is 1).

If this is set, the frontend code will issue an FE_SET_VOLTAGE to 
SEC_VOLTAGE_OFF immediately before issuing an FE_SLEEP. Set it to 0 to 
disable this - I noticed that the dbox code in the demods always left the LNB 
voltage as it was. I thought this was a more structured way of doing it.
