Since the demodulator is soldered on the board and does
not live in the tin box, I think it should rather be
frontend location: separate
right?

Maybe it doesn't matter much here, but just to be correct.

(It does matter electronically though, I believe there is
an impedance mismatch between the tuner and the frontend,
at least on both my replaced and my replacement cards.
But that is another, and an old, story.)
