I remember reading about a card costing SKR395 (I think) that
would work until February 2005, but I can't find anything on
teracom.se now, and a quick search for "MTG" at boxer.se just
came up with this:

Seems you have to start subscribing to the Boxer service to get a
card that can decrypt.
