This is unnecessary, since a) dvbscan has a command line option to change
the inversion setting, and b) dvbscan checks the frontend capabilites
and uses INVERSION_OFF automatically if the frontend cannot do
INVERSION_AUTO.

Maybe your dvbscan is out of date.
