[linux-dvb] Problems with Avermedia 771

I've got problem getting my Avermedia 771 to work. I have read through the
several threads in the mail archive and my problem looks very similar, but
yet i fail to find the needle in the hay which causes my problems.

I run a 2.6.9-rc2 kernel + kraxel patch from bytesex and latest HEAD dvb-kernel
out of CVS.

inserting the modules works fine until i insert the mt352:

dvbscan then produces the output:

Where the result 0x05 appears sometimes.

I have already changed the pci slot with no results. 
Any hints would be really appreciated.
