There has been no public release of standalone drivers for a long time.
For 2.4 kernels the release tarball is still current, for 2.6 you can
use a CVS snapshot or the driver that comes with the linux kernel.
If anybody is willing to contribute building more recent tarballs and
create a download section in the upcoming linuxtv.org wiki please
contact me.
