Yes, the Terratec Cinergy 1200 DVB-C. I find approx 200 channels (mostly scrambled and radio).

These do not. [6e2c], for instance, is meant to be MDR Fernsehen, I
can receive EPG and sometimes even the station name.

What I tried so far:
- tuning with and without antenna amplifier (-10db), slightly higher
  chance to get the station name
- using a different antenna cable
- using a different cable connection (a friends flat, south of Bremen)

Always the same symptoms.

I tried to tune a little bit off the centre frequencies, and checked 
with czap. No undecodeable frames, s/n ratio around a7a7-bfbf.
But no stream.
As I do not have a PC with MS Windows, I cannot check, if it works
there, but as it seems to be independent of the cable connection,
I expect the card to be faulty :(
