I've tested it with 2.6.9-rc4 and it wrks if I leave dvbtune program
running with -m switch. 
Why is this necessary to keep the card tuned to aspecific transponder?

BTW, it doesn't work with 2.6.9 + the latest DVB cvs. dvbtune reports
Verror=1 and Verror=2
