Ah, there's a good point...

I have a 'generic' cx2388x which is working well, but I need to load the mt352 
driver even though the card hasn't got one on-board because the cx88-dvb 
module depends on it...

Is this by design and intentional or just a side-product of 'work in 
progress' ?
