[linux-dvb] KNC1 CI module support.

Hi,

Tanks to Kenneth  and Andrew old posts, I wrote a  driver for the KNC1
CI module. I tested it with some cams, and it basically works for me. 

I still have problems to detect cam removal, I don't know how to do.

Any feedback is welcome...
