There is actually a simpler way for this particular chipset/card; just
get kernel 2.6.9 and apply the All-* patch from bytesex.org for that
kernel, configure and compile; Nothing needed from linuxtv cvs.

Getting the IR sensor working is a different matter; the code is
lacking...
