You mean corrupt in a way other than the transport error bit being set in
the MPEG-2 transport packet header? Maybe the transport stream interface is
behaving "weird" in this state? Then you might want to look at the
registers Conf_TS1 and Conf_TS2 (0x1E and 0x1F) and try e.g. output Mode A
and output Mode B and see if one of those doesn't have this problem...
