[linux-dvb] Hauppauge Nova-T Remote Control - Help!

Hi,

I have been trying to get the remote control that came with my Nova-T 
card working with no success. I downloaded and compiled version 1.1.1 of 
linuxtv-dvb from CVS and it seems to me that the code required for the 
remote control (as per 
http://www.linuxtv.org/mailinglists/linux-dvb/2003/08-2003/msg00470.html) 
is in there. The tv functionality is working fine, but I cannot find how 
to get the remote control working. I have read various posts on the 
subject which give various answers, but have not had any success. One 
suggestion is that /dev/input/event0 will correspond to the remote, but 
I find that on my FC2 system, this is for mouse events. the other 
/dev/input/event<n> devices do not seem to be associated with it either.

If any readers of this list can shed some light on this, I would be most 
grateful. I am really tearing my hair out over this.
