[linux-dvb] Remove frequency bending from frontend core

Hi,

currently we have struct dvb_frontend which is basically a container for 
struct dvb_frontend_data. I'd like to unify these two structs and get 
rid of the frontend list.

This is possible, but currently frequency bending relies on the ability 
to tell if two frontends are located on the same adapter.

IIRC Convergence has used this "feature" for exactly one demonstration 
board, where two frontends were located side by side and disturbed each 
other. It's not used by any of the major cards out there.

If nobody objects, I'll remove this altogether.
