If the manufacturer won't give you information about the things inside of 
this device, you should try to open it carefully and figure out which 
chips are soldered.

I remember last summer someone mentioned that he had a driver for another 
pcmcia-card (LiveView, IIRC). Maybe your card is just a clone.
