Well for me udev is not working. Or it is more working like in the old
time of linux where all device nodes had to be created manually and
forever. Whatever... its working - I'll leave it this way :D

However another question (sorry guys to bother You). Is it correct or
harmless if my card shows:

adapter failed MAC signature check
encoded MAC from EEPROM was
ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff:ff

???
