[linux-dvb] two concurrent DMAs with SAA7146?

Hi list,

I am trying to modify the driver to use two concurrent DMA channels
(with a second frontend hooked up to the CI connector of a KNC1
DVB-T card).

However, it seems that the driver currently controls both channels
exclusively (by explicitly disabling any other D1 port when enabling
one), so at least I have to modify start_ts_capture() in budget-core.c
besides setting up the second set of devices.
The second problem is I am not sure if it is possible to completely
bypass the HPS to get the new channel to DMA1.

Did anybody try something like this yet? Any comments are highly
welcome!
