[vdr] channel x not sync'ed ??

Hi !

this evening i'm experiencing strange problems :-(
My primary dvb card refuses to sync any channel ...

/var/log/messages tells this:

After a cold reboot of my machine it works again for several minutes up to 
several hours. The problem occurs without user interaction (channel switching 
or so) - so just live viewing - suddenly the picture and sound stops and 
switching the channel leads to the above described :-(
There seems to be a very rare chance that channel switching cures the 
problem, also !

I have a second dvbs card in my system which works fine. Exchanging the sat 
cables didn't help - the problem persists on the primary card !


So my question: What does kernel: mon_fail mean ??? Is my card broken ? Or at 
least it's tuner part ?
