So, should I encode '@' as well?
'?' is already being encoded.

Maybe we should simply encode ALL characters for VFAT - at least it should be able
to handle '#' and '0'...'9' correctly - just kiddin', it never seizes to amaze me
how many problems there are under Windoze...
