Was this a "single shot" or a "repeating" timer?
The episode name is only added automatically if this is a repeating timer
and the setup option "Use episode name" is set.

You can force the episode name into the file name by writing
Startrek~Voyager~EPISODE (this works for repeating as well as single timers)
