First thanks all for Your help. 

To close this thread, the people from the company which sold me the dish and 
LNB came here and measured the cable and the LNB and it *** IS the LNB ***. 
They will exchange it ... so it seems to end up with an Happy End. I hope 
that the card can not have bad influence on the LNB and the waranty will be 
valid.
