Depends on the Media Size configuration in config file !

Could you please post your config file ?

Which bitrate does vdr2divx report to be used ? How long is the movie (VDR 
cutting marks) ? What CD Size should be used ( i will see this in your config 
file) ?

So, please post the output of vdr2divx and it's config file (via pm if you 
like) ... Maybe i can see more !

If this doesn't reveal anything - or if it turns out to be okay, we should 
check a mencoder encoding completely without the sciprt to see ... 

I'm sure, we'll get this one !
