I've checked and it's English.

I've found the same channel at:
Travel Channel:12168:v:0:27500:163:120,121:105:0:28001
And its EPG is Czeh or Polish (sorry, I'm not good in these languages).
So the STB shows Englush EPG, but I cannot check which Travel Channel it shows. VDR shows Polish or Czeh language in EPG.
