but these were things i've checked in front of. But anything doesn't help. 
I've just copied everything to a ext2-partition and compiled the newest
sources from tosvcd. I also tried the newest sources from mjpegtools 
( mjpegtools-1.6.0-beta2.tar.gz ). They don't include this yuvscaler. 
So i need to use the compiled Version.
