[vdr] Linux PVR Hardware

I have assembled most of the hardware for a linux based PVR.  While I am 
ending up spending close to two grand, I am running into a few issues.

1) Where can I purchase the required card (3 Siemens PCI-DVB??) where the 
site is in english, and there is hopefully an American number.

2) Where do I get a card reader so i can allow the PVR to receive DISH 
Network streams?

I hope that I am not out of luck because I don't want to end up buying a 
replay or TiVo machine.
