[vdr] Where to get DVBVideoLAN?

Hi,

I am trying to get my vdr to stream over the network. I finally have 
managed to get everything set up to do it, but I canīt get a client for 
windows, as http://pulp.mine.nu seems to be down for some time now.

Does anybody know an alternate url, where I can get the files, or could 
provide me with dvbpl-020619.zip (or a newer version if available)?
