The message from the people I contacted (Author of 
Clickfinder-Sofware) was:

"Privat können Sie die TV-Daten für alles verwenden was Sie möchten. Das 
ist lizenzrechtlich kein Problem.
Auch bei kommerziellen Anwendungen ist es im Normalfall erlaubt, wenn TV
Movie.de oder der ClickFinder als Quelle der Daten erkennbar ist."
