[vdr] slow reaction of PC keys

Hi,

since the new handling of the Remote Keys has been introduced (i.e. from 
vdr-1.1.11 on), my PC keys react very slowly when watching TV with kvdr 
on my desktop. With my remote control, this delay does not appear. I use 
LIRC.
