I don't have DVB-T here so I can't do any testing.
All I can say is that VDR _does_ set all the DVB-T parameters and calls
ioctl(FE_SET_FRONTEND) with them. Take a look at cDvbDevice::SetChannelDevice(),
under 'case FE_OFDM:'.
