[vdr] Bad compression on Pro7

Hi there,

almost every day, I'm wondering if there is something wrong with MPEG
compression on Pro7. On some fast scenes, I can see huge blocks on the
screen. An example is the "Switch" show, in the intro.

Now I do understand the basics of MPEG, nevertheless, I don't think it's
normal. During most fast scenes, for example in movies, everything looks
good.

Does anyone have an explanation?
