I got mine from the "original" site of the DVBVideoLan author:
http://dvbvideolan.mine.nu/
It was down for a while some time ago, but now it's up again.

But  I have much better results using the DirectShow filters from the
moonlight UDP Stream Player and connect to the network stream using the M$
Media Player.
local URLs:
moonlight://224.0.1.2:5002/rtp  (first stream)
moonlight://224.0.1.2:5003/rtp  (second one)
