The budgets don't have a MPEG-decoder. As KVDR uses the V4L-interface of the
MPEG-decoder, you can only record with a low-budget-only system. If you want
to display on the PC you could either replay the recordings with a
MediaPlayer or you need a output-plugin.

Currently there is a development for the DXR3/Hollywood H+, but not fully
implemented yet.

You also could implement a plugin with software-decoder, maybe based on
MPlayer ...
