The whole idea of the unique channel ID was to identify a channel *NOT*
by its name, but rather by unique data. So adding the name to the ID would
be a step in the totally wrong direction. Several people here on the
list have claimed that any channel can be identified by its NID, TID and SID.
Well, to make sure there's no conflict between different satellites the "source"
(e.g. "S19.2E") must also be part of this. In the first step I am using the
transponder frequency instead of the TID and am setting the NID to 0, since
VDR currently doesn't use that data yet. This may change in later versions.
The definition of the "unique channel ID" will be upward compatible, since
IDs with NID == 0 are given with a frequency, and those with NID != 0 will
(later) have the real TID.
