[vdr] Re: HEAD+mplayer+mplayer plugin+vdr 1.1.16



For me it's not VDR eating CPU time but the kdvb-fe process (I have 3 cards, two full, one Nova).
The solution for me is to do something with VDR that forces the cards to tune to a channel (i.e. a recording) and then I can start using mplayer without the kernel dvb process eating 70% of my cpu time ..... 

BTW I am using VDR-1.1.14 and CVS HEAD from around 04/11 (it should already include the APM stuff checked in by Holger )
