The timer.conf and the epg.data files are only read on startup. Changes
for timers will not be recognized at the server and changes at the
server are not written immediatly to the files.

For this to work we would need a kind of remote-timer and remote
schedule-plugin which ccould use the SVDRP protocol to get the current
state and to add/modify entries at the server. This could probably
further extented by providing a remote tuning plugin which extents the
transfer mode over the network.

But AFAIK the current plugin interface does not provide not enough
functionality.
