[vdr] disable timeshift vdr-1.1.16

Please apply the patch from

  ftp://ftp.cadsoft.de/vdr/Developer/dvbdevice.c-1.1.16.diff

and comment out the two lines

#define DO_REC_AND_PLAY_ON_PRIMARY_DEVICE 1
#define DO_MULTIPLE_RECORDINGS 1

I'm still testing this, but maybe it works already.
