[vdr] divx2vdr ???

it's written many things about vdr2divx
I want it reverse ;-)
to preencodeing a archived divx movie
on a slow pc....
I want it as a user menu entry 
so I can move in a divx-cd and with the remote control
i can start the conversion to a predefined(?) directory
in the /video partition.
(something like: 
/video/DIVX_Movie/currentdate.currenttime.99.99.rec/vdr.001...)

any solutions ??
