[vdr] vdradmin v0.18

Hi,

a new version of vdradmin is available at:

http://linvdr.org/download/vdradmin/vdradmin-0.18.tar.gz

Changes since v0.17:

  - vdradmin does not longer use HTTP::Daemon
  - updated english translation

Anybody who had network problems (ie. missing Pictures) please try this 
version and report if the problem is gone.
