First, your remote has to work on 36 or 38 kHz (get a TSOP1736 or TSOP1738
and connect it to your DVB-card).

Holger Waechtler has mailed the wiring on the Linux-DVB-ML.

Refer to my mail on the Linux-DVB-ML how to create a keymap.
