So far everything looks just fine.
There appears to be no CA_PMT setting sent to the CAM.
Are you sure you have the SID parameter set correctly for the encrypted
channels in your channels.conf?
There is also no "==> Enter Menu" line in your debug output, so I have to
assume that you didn't correctly try to access the CAM menu (or did that
line appear somewhere later in the output)?
