Are you  *absolutely_sure* that you are using the driver
AND the firmware from the driver on Klaus's page?

You can NO LONGER mix Root, Dpram , etc from older
drivers with the LL protocoll as they don't have this
implemented into the firmware. 

Make SURE you are using the newest setup and that there
are no old driver parts (av7110firm_h, Root,dpram, etc)
somewhere early in your filesystem structure. Best to
do this:

cd /usr/local/src/DVB/driver
make rmmod
make clean
cd /usr/local/src/DVB/
remove everything
extract the new driver to /usr/local/src/DVB/
make
./makedev.napi
make insmod

This should insure that you are *really* using the complete
new driver.
